CultureFest - This wonderful annual event celebrates the different cultural diversities within the City of Worland and is scheduled for the second weekend in June.Food vendors and artists' booths set up in the field area of the Worland Community Center Complex located at 1200 Culbertson. Pepsi Wyoming State BBQ Championship and Bluegrass Festival – The annual Wyoming State BBQ Championship and Bluegrass Festival is normally the third Friday & Saturday of August. The festival is held at the Washakie County Fairgrounds located just northwest of Worland off Highway 433 and starts Friday night at 5:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. and resumes on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.The BBQ has been sanctioned by KCBS, prizes totaling over $7,275.00 (plus trophies and ribbons) will be awarded!The festival is located on a grassy field, surrounded by shade trees and there will be a lot of mouthwatering BBQ and fabulous Bluegrass musicians.Admission is FREE!
